Screen

All candidates are screened to your requirements and only the best are presented. We include a document that outlines all relevant information of the candidate including a skills match summary. Interview

We work with your team to set up an efficient interview process that includes Telephone, Video and Face to Face interviews. We are there to coach your Managers and provide interview templates as needed. Keeping the candidate engaged and giving them a positive experience through the process is imperative.

Managing the closing stage is more than just the candidate accepting your offer. In a tight market this can be a challenge as candidates often have more than one offer to choose from. We often do references, give relocation advice and continuously follow up with your new hire to help with retention.

Executive Recruitment

One of the greatest advantages of having been in recruiting business for 25+ years is that our founders have the ability to reach quality candidates at the VP and C level. Most of these relationships have been established over the course of 10-20 years and beyond.
